Municipality of Kristiansand

The Municipality of Kristiansand represents the municipalities of Agder county in southern Norway, through the Regional Coordination Group for E-health Agder (RCG). RCG was established by the Council of Agder in January 2016, to take a leader in the use and implementation of telecare (welfare technology) in Norway. In Agder the municipalities and the hospitals have collaborated for several years, and have established the Agder Health
Community. Agder has participated in testing, development of national recommendations and implementation as part of the national welfare technology program.

The Extremadurean Regional Ministry of Health and Social Services is a public institution (Department of Health and Social Services at the Regional Government of Extremadura, Spain) that manages the services for Healthcare (SES; Regional Healthcare System), Elderly and Dependency care (SEPAD; Social Care System) and other public or private research centers, providing resources, staff and facilities to develop any biomedical research activity in Extremadura.
The institution has been acting as a perfect living lab for validation of different approaches and processes, providing also the end-users for solutions validation in the EU projects
In this project, this region will lead ethical surveillance and data protection management and will contribute to all the procurement phases as buyer.
Centre for Connected Care

The Centre for Connected Care emerged from Oslo University Hospital to accelerate the adoption of integrated patient centric services to create health value to municipalities, hospitals and companies and reduce health care costs. Center for Connected Care (C3), is a center for research-based innovation funded by the Research Council of Norway. The aim of the centre is to elaborate knowledge concerning new and innovative health services; hospital at home and remote follow-up. The focus of the centre is on designing good solutions, on procurement and on scaling. The activities will contribute to innovation and interdisciplinary research, providing insight into health and business policy areas. As a centre for research-based innovation, C3, has several years of experience in researching and evaluating new health services and technology
In this project C3 will lead: the value-based decision-making; the Evaluation framework and Impact assessment; and the PCP results, lessons learnt and guidelines of CRANE.

Currently, PPCN is running market adoption projects of AI-based ageing tech, telehealth, HIS systems and advanced medical device remote patient monitoring for SME’s primarily in EU and outside (Israel)
In CRANE, PPCN is the leader of Health and Care model design, and related task. Its role is leading the vision related with ICT intervention in the consortium
