HumanITcare is an API based solution and medical software (CE mark) that enables the real-time, continuous, and remote collection of data from patients. The architecture and dataset allow the integration of any type of data source through a proprietary API (which means it is hardware agnostic), with capacity to integrate by into EHR by FIHR/HL7 standards, to own an alarming system, and to offer a high adaptability to patients’ needs (disease agnostic). The solution is backed with published studies and provides clinical insights, such as automatically generating reports to clinicians and patients for better and faster clinical decision-making and care delivery.
